Every event shows one of four readiness states: On track, Needs attention, At risk, or Ready. The state is weighted by how important each open item is, how close its deadline is, whether other items depend on it, whether the right people have confirmed, and whether there's an unresolved conflict — never a simple equal-weighted checklist.
The readiness chip is never shown alone. Expand it to see exactly which items are contributing — a specific missing requirement, an unconfirmed task, or a detected conflict — not just a percentage.
Readiness reflects the plan as entered. It is not a guarantee that the event will run smoothly, and Homestand never claims compliance with any safety, legal, or governing-body standard.
